I represent buyers, sellers and investors in commercial and industrial real estate and business sales across Surrey, Langley, Abbotsford and Metro Vancouver.

Commercial deals need a different playbook: zoning and permitted uses, lease terms and tenant covenants, cap rates and financials, and for businesses, licensing and transferability. I'll work through each one with you, from the first search through due diligence to closing.

Industrial & commercial property: I help buyers, owner-users and investors find and buy industrial, retail and office properties, and I help owners sell or lease them.

Business acquisitions: I represent buyers purchasing established businesses, including liquor stores and other licensed operations, from first search through due diligence and licence transfer.

Off-market & requirements: tell me what you need, whether that's size, location, zoning or budget, and I'll search on and off the MLS and reach out to owners directly.
